The youth are the backbone of a society and hence they determine the future of every society. This is because all other age groups, the kids, teenagers, middle aged and the senior citizens rely on the youth and expect a lot from them. This makes the youth to be an important age group in both today’s society and the future society than other age groups.

Therefore, due to the high dependence on youth in the society, we the youth have a role to play because the future of our families, communities and the country lies in our hands.

Youth have a role to renew and refresh the current status of our society including leadership, innovations, skills etc. Youth are expected to advance the current technology, education, politics, and peace of the country. On the other hand, youths have also to maintain the culture, all good values in the societies, development projects, etc.

Being the member of the youth community of the Republic of Kazakhstan I try to make my own contribution by teaching the growing generation. As we know, teaching is a noble profession. Teachers have great social and moral responsibilities as builders of the nation.

I feel this responsibility before the whole nation. They must be deeply read and possess good knowledge. Indeed, the constant review is the price of knowledge. Like these teachers give light (of knowledge) and sweetness (joy) to the taught.

Like a doctor, teacher’s job is above all distinctions of caste and creed, region and religion

All students should be equal in their eyes. Good and devoted teachers are great national asset. They must be reverenced and respected. Spirit of service and simplicity are two ideals before a good teacher. He/she is an example, a model for the students. His/her behavior, attitudes and movements are closely watched by the taught. Simple living and high thinking are signs of greatness and wisdom.

Making every attempt in education of the growing generation makes me feel happy. I am personally a teacher of the English language with several years of experience and try to implant the love of my students in learning several foreign languages. Since so many languages my students know, so many cultures they are accustomed with.

In spite of teaching foreign languages to the learners I try to teach my learners to be an active member of the society so that my learners take part in different events held on the regional, oblast and even republican levels. I think that this is the result of my work that 12 students out of 16 have become owners of the governmental grants this year.

Also they took part in various sports events and competitions and held prizes on the republican and international levels and continue showing high results in these areas.

I personally owned the 2nd place in the competition held in “2019 is the year of youth”: I think it is a great honour for me. Also I participated in various forums, conferences and webinars and try to share with my experience of teaching English as well as upbringing growing generation.

As an active member of the society I usually organize educational sessions for my students mainly dedicated to the topic concerning corruption.

Corruption as a social phenomenon continues to exist at the present time almost in all countries of the world regardless of political developments, including in Kazakhstan. Corruption hinders the process of social and economic development, the construction of a market economy, attracting investment.

Negative impact on the political and social institutions of the democratic state, poses a serious threat to the future development of the country. The fight against corruption is defined as one of the main priorities of state policy in Kazakhstan.

In today's world, work to strengthen the fight against corruption is a continuous process and is constantly being improved. In the world there is a unique set of mechanisms to combat corruption, which is optimal for all countries.

Specificity of a set of methods to combat corruption adopted by each country is unique and depends not only on political and economic stability, but also on the traditions and customs, religious backgrounds and the level of legal culture, as well as on the area of occupied territory, the density of population.

In the context of the modernization of the economy and large-scale social reforms in Kazakhstan it was more evident the need for a coherent anti-corruption strategy, closely aligned with the current socio-economic policy of the state.

So I organized several online classes on this topic and hope that my learners will be involved in corruptive activities. I only hope for bright future of my students!
